The Hyatt Regency Dubai - Corniche is very easy to reach at best area to reach any important place in Dubai. The Deira market is a few steps, Fish Market few minutes drive and you can connect to any area very easy. Impressed with the atmosphere in the reception lounge. I was very warmly received by the attendants at the entrance. The kindness from a smiling and charming receptionist Mr. Russel was amazing. He arranged a nice quite room with best view. The room 710 is very spacious and very comfortable with all facilities one can enjoy. My complements to room attendant Mr. Shandai who happily served us with extra tea and sugar + prayer mat. Most important was the Dinner Buffet! Excellent set up with lots of varieties. Whatever meal came into my mind was available. Very delicious meals nicely cooked and displayed. I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, but Dubai Hyatt Regency - Corniche, has the best quality dinner buffet and I will attribute the same for the breakfast Buffet. Many thanks to Miss Isra (Algerian lady) and Miss Hafsa for best service during dinner, similarly my regards to Rabihul who served us during breakfast. These staff gave me and my wife excellent hospitality. This was one of the best night ever spent in Dubai and I plan to stay longer in a nearest future. Lastly Thanks to Miss Ruth who organised my luggage and checking out very professionally. She is a good lady. This is a hotel to be proud of!!!

Absolutely love my staying there, because they have a great human being person from India called Rajesh, he’s working in the security department, he tries his best to helps me to call anyone and everyone in Taxi Dubai, as I forget my things in a Taxi while dropping me from the airport, unfortunately Taxi Dubai were unwilling to help, but my friend Rajesh called everyone for two hours to help me get my belongs back, hopefully to book in this hotel again because of this guy, also would like staffs in breakfast, as all of them willing to help, thanks to everyone especially my friend Rajesh 💙 as well as Slma in reception

Rahul on reception did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He went out of his way to help us check in and ensure we got into our room in a timely manner given we arrived at 6am. He also was there at check out, so please commend him for being an excellent ambassador for the hotel. 5 stars! Farid who was the room attendant on floor 14 was also friendly and couldn't do enough to help us when we asked for bottles of water, tea bags etc.. His professionalism and standard of cleanliness was first class. The room was always spotless when I returned.

The accommodation was excellent and comfortable, the hotel is clean and its location is close to the metro station, buses and markets. The hospitality staff was wonderful, smiling and helpful, especially sister Heba and brother Hussein in the VIP restaurant, excellent room services, the rooms are large and comfortable, the view is great, the swimming pool and sauna is a great experience, the reception staff are great, everything is great in the hotel and I highly recommend it.

I had a guest and the property charged extra amount to accommodate the guest without any information to me, the room was initially booked for two people and I was alone, i told them that room was booked for two people, even though they said that it is policy that guest has not checked in with you therefore, you have to pay extra it is really unusual for five star hotel to keep the charges hidden nothing was mentioned on Hotel website.
