Hyatt Regency Dubai - Corniche

I had a guest and the property charged extra amount to accommodate the guest without any information to me, the room was initially booked for two people and I was alone, i told them that room was booked for two people, even though they said that it is policy that guest has not checked in with you therefore, you have to pay extra it is really unusual for five star hotel to keep the charges hidden nothing was mentioned on Hotel website.

I wanted to cancel my reasevation at last minute after reading some unfavourable reviews. I am so glad I did not. The hotel is actually very nice and I was blown away by the facilities and services. I spent a lot of time in the (free) spa, gym and also enjoyed the massive pool scene. The wifi is perfect even if I had to reconnect a few times due to VPN constraints. The staff made my stay very pleasant - Deborah at the reception who was just so informative, Florence and Heba in the lounge are so dedicated and service-minded and chef Shankar made delicious egg dishes. This hotel will be top of mind on my next visits to Deira area of Dubai.

I always stay at the Hyatt Regency deira, I have enjoyed the wonderful experience of the hotel, As always I look forward to checking in the hotel after my flight, Where i could Unwind and relax, Then Breakfast time is always something to look forward to, Good variety of dishes to choose from, Fresh made omelette or fresh eggs made to one's choice, Great staff, The floor manager Mr Raiz is a good asset to the Hyatt regency, As My Raiz gose out of his way to check up on his guests, That all is well with there morning Breakfast. The Hyatt Regency has a great Gym, Sauna and steam, Outdoor Pool, Tennis 🎾 court, Grocery shop,coffee shop, pharmacy,Hair salon, Good selection of several Restaurants, Ice skating facilities The list is endless.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Sushil for the exceptional hospitality. We arrived at the hotel around 9 AM after a long drive from Riyadh, feeling quite exhausted. Although no rooms were initially available, Mr. Sushil graciously upgraded us to a spacious apartment in a premium section, allowing us to rest comfortably right away. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed access to the VIP lounge for breakfast, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, featuring a large living room, an open kitchen, and two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms—perfect for the three of us. The comfort and convenience made our Dubai trip truly unforgettable. Thank you once again for making our stay so special.

The room was spotless, spacious, and offered stunning city views, making my stay feel both luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that truly set the tone for each day. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool, gym, and dining venues, were all top-notch and well-maintained. Its location is perfect — easy access to both Deira and the Creek area, with smooth connections to the rest of Dubai. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service, which made my stay seamless and relaxing.
